ATC SCM50ASLT – Active 3-Way Floorstanding Speaker (Tower Series)

The ATC SCM50ASLT is the active floorstanding version of the legendary SCM50 and belongs to the reference class of the ATC Tower Series. It combines studio monitor technology with high-end hi-fi aspirations, offering exceptionally precise, dynamic, and neutral reproduction—both in professional environments and upscale living spaces.

At its core is the famous 75mm ATC soft-dome midrange driver, known for its extraordinary naturalness and detailed resolution. It is complemented by a 234mm Super Linear bass driver as well as the current 25mm S-Spec neodymium tweeter. In this active system, each driver is powered by its own precisely matched amplifier, allowing for maximum control and minimal distortion.

The sealed cabinet ensures tight, controlled bass without artificial emphasis and highly accurate transient response. The SCM50ASLT is considered particularly coherent in the midrange and is often described as a "monitor with hi-fi musicality."
