Collection: Austrian Audio

Austrian Audio is an Austrian manufacturer of professional audio equipment based in Vienna, specializing in the development and production of high-quality microphones and studio headphones. The company was founded in 2017 by former engineers from the long-established AKG Acoustics and continues Vienna's long tradition in microphone and headphone development.

The focus of product development is on precise sound reproduction, innovative technology, and the highest manufacturing quality. Austrian Audio is particularly known for its OC-series condenser microphones, such as the OC18 and OC818, which are characterized by a natural, detailed, and transparent sound profile. The company's proprietary CKR capsule technology plays a central role in this, ensuring exceptionally precise and authentic audio reproduction.

In addition to microphones, Austrian Audio also develops professional studio headphones in the Hi-X series. These offer highly accurate sound imaging, high durability, and great comfort, making them ideal for recording, mixing, and monitoring in daily professional studio use.

All products are developed with a clear focus on "Made in Austria" engineering and are aimed at professional users in music production, broadcasting, podcasting, and live sound. Austrian Audio has quickly established itself as a modern pro-audio manufacturer that combines traditional engineering expertise with innovative audio technology.
