Immerse yourself in extraordinary sound

Experience superior, high-precision sound with The Composer headphones from Austrian Audio. These headphones offer exceptional clarity, detail, and a natural sound that creates an immersive, wide stereo image. Total Harmonic Distortion (THD) is used to measure sound fidelity. At the standard frequency of 1 kHz, the Composer exhibits an amazing THD value of <0.1%, demonstrating outstanding performance. What truly sets it apart from others is its performance at lower frequencies, especially with the powerful 60 Hz bass drum thump, where it outshines the competition, delivering up to three times better THD values. The Composer offers unparalleled precision and accuracy in bass reproduction, providing audiophile listeners with an incomparable listening experience that reveals every nuance of the music's low frequencies.

Revolutionary Hi-X Driver Technology

The Composer headphones from AUSTRIAN AUDIO are equipped with the groundbreaking Hi-X (High Excursion) technology, setting new benchmarks in sound quality. Featuring a 49 mm driver and a precise CNC-machined ring magnet system with powerful N52 magnets, these headphones improve airflow and deliver the most robust magnetic field in their class. The diaphragm of the HI-X49 DLC driver is coated with Diamond-Like Carbon (DLC), which ensures exceptional rigidity and pushes breakup frequencies higher. This innovation allows for authentic, piston-like behavior without adding weight, delivering fast, impulsive bass response with remarkably low Total Harmonic Distortion (THD) at low frequencies. Combined with a linear frequency response and an open, precise, high-resolution sound signature, the Composer offers an unparalleled listening experience and redefines the standards for high-end audiophiles.

Seamless connectivity, designed for audiophiles

The Composer from AUSTRIAN AUDIO offers a comprehensive cable solution featuring 3.5 mm and 6.3 mm jack plugs, a 4.4 mm Pentaconn plug, and 4-pin XLR connectors. The latter two, in particular, provide a fully balanced connection that optimizes the path from the amplifier to the transducer.

As a groundbreaking innovation, the Composer introduces banana plugs, known worldwide for their reliability and large conductive surface. Choosing a manufacturer-independent connector allows for individual customization and opens up endless possibilities for audiophiles when it comes to cable selection.

Designed with great attention to detail, the cables attach to the headband, ensuring a balanced distribution of force on the head so that the sensitive ears are not burdened. The upper part, coated in elastomer, eliminates unwanted handling noise, while the lower part features an elegant, woven textile finish that combines sophistication with practicality.

With its thoughtful design and outstanding connection options, the Composer combines functionality and style, offering a captivating and immersive listening experience for the most demanding audiophiles.
