Cabasse Baltic 5 Pedestal – High-end 3-way coaxial speaker with perfect point source

Cabasse Baltic 5 Pedestal – Reference sound in an iconic design

The Cabasse Baltic 5 Pedestal is among the most extraordinary high-end speakers in the world. As one of the few speakers in existence, it features a true 3-way tri-coaxial driver that radiates all frequency ranges from a single acoustic center. The result is a nearly perfect point source that reproduces music with impressive precision, spaciousness, and naturalness.

With its distinctive spherical shape, state-of-the-art materials, and innovative coaxial technology, the Baltic 5 combines audiophile sound quality with a timelessly elegant design.

True tri-coaxial technology for maximum sound fidelity

At the heart of the Baltic 5 is the legendary TCA tri-coaxial chassis, which combines treble, midrange, and lower-midrange exactly on a single axis. This unique construction ensures perfect temporal and spatial coherence of all frequencies.

As a result, voices, instruments, and the finest sound details are localized with exceptional precision and reproduced with impressive naturalness.

Advantages of TCA tri-coaxial technology

• Perfect point source

• Exact phase and time coherence

• Homogeneous sound radiation

• Realistic spatial imaging

• Precise instrument localization

• Natural and uncolored sound image

Innovative aramid membranes for maximum precision

Cabasse completely redesigned the tri-coaxial driver for the current generation of the Baltic. It utilizes state-of-the-art aramid fiber membranes in the midrange and lower-midrange sections.

The two concentric membranes form a nearly continuous sound surface, enabling an exceptionally uniform reproduction across the entire frequency range.

Advantages of aramid technology

• High stiffness with low weight

• Minimal distortion

• High impulse fidelity

• Improved dynamics

• Exceptional detail resolution

Rare-earth magnets for maximum dynamics

The Baltic 5 drivers utilize powerful rare-earth magnets, which allow for significantly higher efficiency and power handling.

As a result, the Baltic 5 achieves exceptional dynamics, high volume stability, and impressive control, even during complex musical passages.

HDSE technology for a perfect soundstage

Like all speakers in the Cabasse reference class, the Baltic 5 benefits from exclusive HDSE technology (Homogeneous Distribution of Sonic Energy).

In this process, Cabasse not only analyzes the frequency response on-axis but also optimizes the entire omnidirectional radiation behavior over 360 degrees. The result is an exceptionally homogeneous sound distribution with realistic spatial representation and impressive depth layering.

Advantages of HDSE technology

• Wide and stable soundstage

• Homogeneous sound distribution

• Realistic spatial imaging

• Precise locatability of instruments

• Constant sound quality throughout the listening room

Perfect complement with The Pearl Sub

For uncompromising full-range reproduction, we recommend combining it with the Cabasse The Pearl Sub. The intelligent streaming subwoofer adds deepest frequencies to the Baltic 5 and simultaneously provides powerful amplification to the speakers via its integrated power amplifiers.

Alternatively, the Baltic 5 harmonizes excellently with high-quality subwoofers such as the Cabasse Santorin or other high-end subwoofers.

Iconic design with stainless steel pedestal

The characteristic spherical shape of the Baltic 5 is not just a design statement; it also reduces cabinet resonance and improves sound radiation.

The elegant stainless steel pedestal gives the speaker a floating appearance and ensures a stable and stylish integration into modern living spaces.
