Canor Verto D4S – High-End D/A Converter

The Canor Verto D4S is a high-quality high-end D/A converter (DAC) from the Canor Foundation Line, combining state-of-the-art digital technology with a strictly audiophile circuit design. Its true dual-mono architecture utilizes one ESS Sabre 9038 DAC chip per channel, enabling precise, detailed, and dynamic music reproduction.

The fully discrete and balanced analog output stage operates without operational amplifiers in the signal path and is engineered for high dynamics as well as exceptionally low distortion and noise levels. For interference-free signal transmission, the digital inputs are galvanically isolated.

With USB-C, AES/EBU, coaxial and optical S/PDIF, as well as a TV digital input, the Verto D4S offers comprehensive connectivity for modern digital Hi-Fi systems. Via USB-C, the DAC processes high-resolution PCM up to 24-bit / 768 kHz as well as native DSD up to DSD512.

A special feature is the generous 7-inch touch display, which clearly shows the input source, sampling rate, and digital filter, and allows for convenient adjustment of settings. A total of eight digital filters are available.
