The CLEAR Beyond is the second-largest power cable in the Cardas hierarchy. Like all Cardas cables, the CLEAR Beyond uses enameled, high-purity copper litz wires that are also tinned. It consists of three twisted cable strands insulated with PTFE and held in position by air tubes. The construction is double-shielded, ensuring that every conductor path at the plug is even more elaborately protected against RF interference than in the smaller CLEAR Power. Despite its substantial diameter, the cable remains flexible and is excellently suited for power-hungry equipment.

The CLEAR power cables perform sonically in the same way known from the CLEAR speaker cables. They allow the music to maintain its flow, present it against a pitch-black background, and emphasize plasticity and naturalness. Those looking for a significant change in the sonic signature of their connected device with the CLEAR Beyond Power are not in the right place with Cardas. Those who desire a rich yet homogeneous and natural sound are exactly right.

Termination options:

The CLEAR Beyond Power comes standard with Cardas power plugs. These feature pure copper contacts that are silver-plated and then rhodium-flashed. The standard configuration includes a Type 3455RS Schuko plug and a Type 3455R IEC connector.

Upon request, a 20 A plug (Type C19) can be supplied for power-hungry electronics. Such a plug is used, for example, on specific components from manufacturers such as Audia Flight, Jeff Rowland, and T+A.

Owners of very slim components with overhanging chassis, such as current models from Devialet, LINN, or Micromega, can order a Furutech FI-C15 NCF IEC connector with a particularly compact design as a special order.

American-style power plugs are also available on the input side upon request.
