When setting up your Laser TV optimally on a piece of furniture, you quickly run into the problem of how to achieve the correct distance for your projector without having to modify the furniture or requiring great furniture depth. In the worst case, you have to think about new furniture.

This problem is a thing of the past with celexon's fully electronic Laser TV pull-out tray!

Existing furniture + screen attachment and projector position

With a floor-rising screen from the HomeCinema Plus series by celexon, attaching the screen to your furniture or the wall behind it is no problem thanks to the intelligent mounting brackets with finely adjustable tilt.

You can optimally achieve the correct distance for your projector with our robust Laser TV pull-out tray. It safely supports loads of up to 20 kg and can be easily screwed onto the back of your furniture using the included mounting brackets, or alternatively mounted firmly on top of your furniture surface to prevent the projector from tipping with the platform. In the case of top-side mounting, the mounting brackets do not need to be installed.

The end positions (front and, if necessary, rear) can be easily programmed and saved using the included remote control, and the position is always approached with millimeter precision.

Perfect, permanent image alignment

A very important point, in addition to the programmed and reliably re-approached end position, is the stability of the pull-out tray and its attachment to your furniture.

For your image, once aligned, to appear perfectly and permanently on your screen at all times, the internal mechanics and electronics of the Laser TV pull-out tray play a very large role.

The construction can suddenly tilt downwards after a few cycles, or the end position may not be approached with 100% precision because, for example, simple drawer slides or installed, rarely backlash-free drive worms allow play to the left and right or front and back.

For this reason, the celexon Laser TV pull-out tray is equipped with high-quality and extremely robust industrial-grade linear guides. This ensures a permanent and maximally precise end position, even after many years of regular use. "Drifting" of the end position to the left or right is absolutely impossible with this.

For a permanently perfect front end position, we decided to use a linear rack in the drive. This is moved directly by a stable, solid metal gear wheel, which is manufactured to fit the rack precisely. The linear guides as well as the rack and pinion are manufactured and assembled in industrial quality and are absolutely backlash-free.

In this way, the entire drive is absolutely backlash-free in its end positions on both the Y and X axes, and permanently so.

Even many thousands of cycles, as to be expected when replacing a TV with a Laser TV, do not lead to any play in the perfect image alignment of your projector on celexon's Laser TV pull-out tray.

Space-saving and sensible connectivity

There is usually little space on furniture and the integration of all components must be as space-saving as possible.

At 62 cm x 39.5 cm and 5.7 cm high, our Laser TV pull-out tray is dimensioned so that it fits on many pieces of furniture and accommodates almost all UST projectors on their bottom-side feet. This means it remains inconspicuous under your projector and can be easily used or retrofitted on almost any piece of furniture.

The highlight: all connections (power and trigger) fit within these dimensions! This means rear connections do not add extra bulk and make space-saving integration into your furniture possible.

Likewise, no external power supply is required to power our Laser TV pull-out tray; a classic IEC power cable is used, which you can easily replace with one of a length that fits your furniture if required.

This makes it easy to route the cables, leaving more space and less heat behind your furniture.

Simple automation for the ultimate Laser TV experience

celexon's Laser TV pull-out tray is equipped with a synchronous trigger module.
Therefore, no second trigger output or USB port on your projector is needed to automate both a screen and a pull-out tray.

The platform is connected to a USB port on your projector via the included trigger cable and additionally offers a trigger output for your screen.

Durability & noise level

No one wants to have to buy a second Laser TV pull-out tray at some point. For this reason, all relevant components of our tray, from the housing to the drive parts, guides, and gears, are made of solid metal.
A high-torque and extremely quiet AC motor moves the tray safely and permanently precisely back and forth; no simple DC motor with an external power supply was used here!

The tray works whisper-quietly and moves extremely smoothly for undisturbed TV enjoyment.

The tray is available in black or white and can thus be chosen to match a variety of furniture or the color of your projector and integrated inconspicuously.

The cubist shape also allows for the tray to be clad or built into your furniture, making a maximally inconspicuous design solution possible for a breathtaking Laser TV experience.
