The Chord Company ClearwayX ARAY (2x RCA to 5-pin DIN) is the perfect interface for connecting modern hi-fi components with RCA outputs to amplifiers or source devices with a 5-pin DIN connection – which are standard, in particular, on equipment from Naim Audio (as well as older Quad or B&O systems).

DIN connections use a common ground for both channels, which leads to excellent musical coherence and extremely precise timing. The ClearwayX fully exploits this potential: equipped with the patented ARAY conductor geometry and thick, high-purity oxygen-free copper (OFC) conductors, it guarantees a detailed and highly dynamic signal transmission.

The advanced XLPE (cross-linked polyethylene) insulation ensures significantly improved phase stability compared to older cable generations. A dual-layer, high-density foil shield effectively protects the sensitive audio signal from high-frequency interference from Wi-Fi, mobile networks, or the power grid.

Both the low-mass Chord VEE3 RCA plugs and the precision 5-pin DIN plugs are finished with the innovative ChorAlloy™ plating. This coating minimizes intermodulation distortion and permanently protects the contacts from oxidation.
