The 2go is a high-performance streamer/server that transforms the Hugo 2 DAC into a fully featured Wi-Fi and Ethernet-enabled device with up to 4TB of solid-state library playback, bringing the proven sound quality benefits of our award-winning Hugo 2 DAC technology to network audio.

2go features two microSD card slots, each with 2TB capacity for digital storage and playback, allowing the Hugo 2 to be used as a high-capacity digital music server (using MPD) in addition to its music streaming capabilities. Crucially, when using the 2go with the Hugo 2 (once charged), all forms of digital playback are possible via battery power alone, meaning no external power supplies are needed to achieve the ultimate purist sound.

2go contains sophisticated, miniaturized electronics, which, like all our amplifiers and DACs, are based on proprietary British technology. Combining the 2go with the Hugo 2 creates the most sonically advanced compact music streamer on the market.

Wireless convenience (2.4GHz Wi-Fi and A2DP Bluetooth® wireless technology) is combined with the stability and performance of wired (Gigabit) Ethernet connectivity, with the latter offering set-up-free plug-and-play operation. 2go also benefits from a comprehensive audio interface, offering playback of Tidal, Qobuz, and Internet radio, with Spotify (and others) planned for the future. 2go is also Roon Ready, provides gapless audio and DoP/Bit Perfect support, as well as full DLNA compatibility (server/renderer) and AirPlay capability.

A key feature of 2go is its auto-switching input function: every audio interface is always active, so switching between inputs is as simple as pressing play in the chosen control point app. 2go’s convenience automatically switches between all inputs, providing a seamless user experience when playing music from various sources or even streaming services.

Compatibility:
Requires connection to Hugo 2 (DAC/preamp/headphone amp) or 2yu to function as a fully-featured streamer for 2go.

Internal battery with up to 10 hours (approx.) of playback. Desktop mode is activated when the micro-USB charging cable is plugged in.
