The 2yu streamer is a digital interface that connects to the 2go to create a network bridge for use with a DAC, a DAC-equipped device, or the Hugo M Scaler. The 2yu connects directly to the 2go to add TOSLINK optical S/PDIF, coaxial, and BNC (both 75 ohm) digital outputs, as well as a cleverly integrated USB-A output.

The 2yu features 2,000 MIPS (million instructions per second) of processing power, an integrated sample rate converter, and a low-jitter audio phase-locked loop. When combined with the 2go, the 2yu is extremely flexible and is also ideal for installers looking to set up a discrete remote Roon streaming solution: the duo can be connected to an Ethernet port to provide streaming to a system in any room.

Like the 2go, the 2yu is handcrafted in the UK using aircraft-grade aluminium and the same high-quality manufacturing processes as all Chord Electronics products. Like the Hugo 2, the 2yu features four polychromatic spherical controls that manage output selection, power, mute, and dimming functions.

Compatibility:
Connection with 2go is required to inherit 2yu streaming / music transport capabilities or to act as an audio interface.
