The Clearaudio Performance DC is a premium high-end turntable drive characterized by its precise mechanics, resonance-optimized construction, and excellent speed stability. It is offered as a pure drive (without tonearm and cartridge) and can be configured individually.

The chassis consists of a sandwich construction of high-density wood and aluminum, effectively minimizing disturbing vibrations. The 40 mm thick POM platter rotates on the patented CMB ceramic magnetic bearing, which operates almost friction-free and ensures maximum smoothness.

A decoupled 12-volt DC motor with belt drive ensures exceptionally quiet operation and allows for precise speed control. This results in a very stable, detailed, and dynamic playback that meets audiophile standards.

The Performance DC is aimed at ambitious vinyl listeners who are looking for a flexibly configurable drive with high-end quality.
