The Clearaudio Power Terminal is a high-quality high-end power distribution strip from the German manufacturer Clearaudio, specifically developed for demanding hi-fi and vinyl systems. The goal is to provide the cleanest, most stable, and interference-free power supply possible for all connected audio devices.

Unlike conventional power strips, the Power Terminal is consistently designed for audio applications. It distributes power via separately star-grounded outlets, which significantly reduces mutual interference between devices. This is particularly important in complex setups with turntables, amplifiers, phono stages, and digital sources.

A central concept is the targeted separation of consumer groups: devices with high power requirements, such as power amplifiers, are supplied separately from sensitive analog or digital components. This minimizes voltage fluctuations and interference pulses, which can lead to a quieter background and more precise playback.

Additionally, the Power Terminal features several integrated protection and filter functions. These include, among other things, a DC blocker, surge protection, phase control, as well as measures against high-frequency mains interference. The goal is the most constant and "clean" energy supply possible for the entire hi-fi chain.

The housing is mechanically stable and simultaneously serves as shielding against electromagnetic influences. This reduces not only electrical but also physical susceptibility to interference.
