The Clearaudio Profiler is a modern high-end tonearm, specifically positioned between the Satisfy Kardan and Tracer models, combining their technical strengths. It thus represents a particularly balanced concept designed for both stability and fine sonic resolution.

The construction is based on a precise gimbal bearing with horizontal sapphire bearings and vertical ball bearings. A special feature is the double bearing in the vertical section, which provides additional stability and significantly improves tracking accuracy. This is complemented by a so-called resonance protection dome, which effectively reduces unwanted vibrations and contributes to a quieter playback.

The tonearm tube is made of a high-quality aluminum alloy and is equipped with targeted damping points to minimize self-resonance. This ensures clean and undistorted signal transmission.

The Profiler is universally applicable and suitable for a wide range of cartridges. It harmonizes particularly well with turntables of the Performance series, for which it was designed as an ideal partner.

In terms of sound, the tonearm combines the strengths of both worlds:
It offers the stable, controlled playback of a gimbal arm like the Satisfy, complemented by increased resolution and fine detail in the vein of the Tracer. The result is a very balanced sound image with good dynamics, clean spatial imaging, and high fidelity to detail.
