The Clearaudio Smart Phono V2 Headphone is the enhanced headphone version of the Smart Phono V2 phono preamplifier. It combines high-quality phono equalization and amplification with an integrated headphone amplifier, allowing you to listen directly from your turntable via headphones without having to connect any additional devices.

This device is designed to amplify the very quiet signal of a turntable cartridge—whether MM (Moving Magnet) or MC (Moving Coil)—in a way that is clear, detailed, and low-noise, while applying the RIAA correction typical for vinyl records. The integrated headphone amplifier ensures that the volume and performance are appropriate for headphones, without the need for an external amplifier or adapter.

The sturdy aluminum housing feels high-quality, is low-resonance, and protects the electronics from interference. Thanks to the ability to adjust various input impedances and switch on filters such as a subsonic filter, the Smart Phono V2 Headphone can be easily adapted to different turntable setups.
