The Smart Power 24V was developed to significantly improve the power supply of compatible Clearaudio turntables. Instead of a conventional power supply unit, the system uses rechargeable NiMH batteries, which provide a particularly stable, low-noise, and voltage-free DC power supply.

By separating it from the regular power grid, a turntable's sensitive motor control is much better protected. The result is a very constant speed, fewer electrical interferences, and an overall quieter, more precise music reproduction.

An intelligent charging system permanently monitors the charge level, voltage, and current flow. Depending on the setting, the device can automatically switch between playback and charging mode without interrupting operation.

In addition, the device offers protective functions against overloading, short circuits, and voltage fluctuations. The integrated display shows the operating status as well as the remaining runtime.

The housing is high-quality and mechanically robust to minimize external influences.
