The NESSIE ProPlus+ is a sophisticated, high-quality record cleaning machine from VinylCare Technologies. The machine is manufactured in Germany and used worldwide. The NESSIE ProPlus+ features two built-in tanks, electrical fluid dispensing, and a combination brush with microfiber and a classic brush.

The cleaning fluid is poured into the built-in tank. The filler opening is located on the front left of the device. A funnel is included for filling. The cleaning fluid is dispensed directly into the combination brush at the push of a button and distributed evenly over the record surface.

The combination brush is equipped with two brushes: a microfiber brush and a NESSIE premium brush. Both brush heads are flexibly (swing) mounted, allowing them to adapt to any unevenness in the record. The premium brush is made from the finest, abrasion-free industrial-grade fibers. It is manufactured industrially by a traditional company in the Black Forest. The additional microfiber brush distributes the liquid evenly and supports the cleaning process with its microfiber technology.

Users who wash many records, in particular, will appreciate the advantage of a fixed brush. It is exhausting to hold a cleaning brush steadily in the correct position for an extended period. This usually leads to shorter washing times or fluid spilling onto the side that has just been dried.

The heart of the Nessie Vinylcleaner ProPlus+ is the extremely quiet suction technology that was already used in the original "Vinylmaster." It uses the same high-quality motors and makes no compromises. The suction power is electronically controlled, ensuring the pressure on the record is never too high—a common problem with supposedly "powerful" machines.

The housing is made of 8 mm deep-black carbon acrylic and the platter of satinized acrylic. Chrome-plated design and functional elements make the machine a real eye-catcher.

Also unique in this class is the elegant puck made of hard-chrome-plated aluminum. It has a rubber lip seal on the underside that protects the label from moisture during the wash. The puck seals solely through its own weight, without the need for screws or clamps.

The in-house cleaning agent "Nessie Vinylin" is supplied in a practical 500 ml bottle.

Dynamic washing through automatic rotation reversal

The rotation direction of the platter changes automatically after a few turns. This causes the brush bristles to realign themselves constantly, creating a dynamic washing action without the user having to press any switches.

The NESSIE suction system - Legendarily quiet and residue-free

When the suction arm is swung over the record, suction starts automatically, drawing all dissolved contaminants deep out of the grooves. The suction power adjusts automatically. The suction process ends automatically after one direction change. The "residual streaks" common with many surface suction cleaners do not exist with the NESSIE.

A second tank is built into the machine to collect the dirty cleaning fluid. This tank is sufficiently sized and can be easily emptied and rinsed via a drain hose. The hose clamp is magnetically attached to the bottom edge of the device and is thus always within reach.

High-quality certified craftsmanship

The device is manufactured with qualified craftsmanship in Seevetal near Hamburg. The housing is made of deep-black carbon acrylic. The high-quality look is accentuated by elegant chrome and stainless steel elements. All devices have been tested according to the strict inspection regulations of the EU Machinery Directive and certified by us.

Protection against electrostatic charge

The Nessie ProPlus+ record cleaning machine is protected against electrostatic charges in several ways, including through the grounding of the record spindle, the side metal supports, and an anti-static platter mat. The "Vinylin" cleaning fluid is also anti-static.

Wash timer with LED display

The devices feature an LED-illuminated button that uses a timer to indicate the recommended minimum washing time. This ensures that you always use the correct washing time, even when cleaning multiple records.

Basotect sound insulation

The devices include comprehensive sound insulation made from Basotect, an open-cell sound-absorbing material from BASF AG. This dampens the noise of the turbine to values below 60 dB.

Unique combination brush arm
