The user interface is Android-based and allows for flexible control via app, remote control, or network protocols. Streaming services such as TIDAL, Qobuz, Spotify, Amazon Music, and many others are integrated directly, as are Roon Ready and TIDAL Connect.

The DMP-A6 Gen 2 is also impressive in terms of connectivity: in addition to Gigabit Ethernet and dual-band Wi-Fi (2.4G/5G), it features Bluetooth 5.0 with aptX HD and LDAC, as well as numerous digital and analog inputs and outputs – including XLR, RCA, USB DAC IN, AES/EBU, HDMI ARC, and optical as well as coaxial interfaces.
