With the dual-output version, Ferrum Audio takes its renowned hybrid power supply to a new level. Designed for demanding systems where multiple components require uncompromising power quality – such as the Ferrum OOR and Ferrum WANDLA – the HYPSOS Dual Output offers exceptional performance combined with increased flexibility.

Thanks to its two DC outputs, the HYPSOS can power two devices simultaneously, provided they have the same voltage requirements. No external splitters, no cable clutter – just a clean, elegant solution with maximum expansion potential.

HYPSOS is known for its extremely stable and clean power supply. The result is a soundstage that is high-resolution and dynamic, yet natural and fatigue-free. Micro-details, spatial precision, and impulse response benefit from the optimized power architecture.

With Sweet Spot Tuning (SST) you can fine-tune the output voltage – even in real time – to find the optimal sound balance for your individual setup. Combined with the 4-Terminal Sensing Design (4TSD) and the Spread Spectrum Mode, the HYPSOS offers discerning listeners genuine potential for sound optimization.

Hybrid drive system

The hybrid linear/switching design combines the strengths of both technologies:

The advanced 4TSD cable design uses two wires for power delivery and two for voltage feedback. This ensures the exact voltage level directly at the DC input of the connected device, effectively compensating for cable resistance and significantly improving transient response.
