The HP-10 is a set consisting of a headphone amplifier and an upgrade power supply. Thanks to the ESS ES9023 DAC and Bluetooth 5.1 with Qualcomm aptX™, it enables high-quality music streaming in HD. With an output of 10,000 mW, the HP-10 offers enough headroom to effortlessly drive even high-impedance headphones, allowing for long, relaxed listening sessions with headphones of any impedance.

The dual-mono Class A design and the fully balanced, discrete architecture ensure interference-free, faithful reproduction with extremely low distortion and minimal noise. Thanks to extensive connectivity options, up to four source devices can be integrated, including a balanced XLR input, an unbalanced RCA input, and USB-C. On the output side, RCA and XLR are available, allowing the HP-10 to be flexibly incorporated into various setups.

Its versatility is also evident in the headphone outputs: 3.5 mm and 6.3 mm jacks (single-ended) as well as 4.4 mm Pentaconn and 4-pin XLR (balanced) offer the right connection for almost any headphone. The amplifier can be used as a pure headphone amplifier or DAC, or as a preamplifier with adjustable volume for direct connection to active speakers or power amplifiers. A 12-volt trigger connection, an analog equalizer, and a switchable crossfeed, which provides a realistic, spatial soundstage without the typical "in-head localization," round off the features. Since the circuitry is purely analog, signal quality is completely preserved.

Those who wish can perfectly combine the HP-10 with other devices in the Gold Note series—such as the CD-10 CD player, the DS-10 streamer, or the PA-10 EVO power amplifier—to create a powerful, harmonious setup. Settings can be made intuitively via the illuminated 2.8-inch color display, or alternatively via the rotary knob or the included remote control. The CNC-machined aluminum chassis with anti-vibration feet underscores its high-quality standards, and the choice between gold, black, and silver ensures that the HP-10 fits visually into any living space.
