THE PERFECT ADDITION

The PSU-5 is the external power supply for the PH-5 phono stage. It is the perfect upgrade to enhance the performance of Gold Note's analog system and ensure flawless vinyl playback. It is inspired by the same philosophy behind our series of external power supplies, such as the PSU-10 and PSU-1000.
The linear power supply features custom transformers manufactured in Italy to specific requirements, ensuring a high-quality and consistent power supply.
Furthermore, the power supply includes an inductive filter that intercepts noise and interference from the AC power grid.

ULTRA-CLEAN POWER

The PSU-5 is also equipped with a 2-transformer circuit for the linear power supply stage to create the best operating conditions for the PH-5, with plenty of ultra-clean power.
As a result, the PSU-5 counteracts noise generated by the AC power, which is also intercepted by the dual-choke inductive filter developed with a special transformer that completely shields the PH-5.
The large, ultra-clean power output provides greater dynamics and finer audio details, resulting in an increase in realistic sound quality and soundstage.
