The Maestro

The Grado GS3000x is the flagship model of the Statement Series. Its elaborate construction, featuring 52mm dynamic transducers and an outer housing made of Cocobolo wood, not only looks sophisticated but is one of the key reasons why this headphone makes the world’s best competitors nervous. This is because Cocobolo wood, originating from Central America, possesses the resonance characteristics desired by the Grado team to bring out the sonic advantages of the electrodynamic drivers. Both transducers, encased in aluminum, are selected with meticulous effort. As a result, the GS3000x achieves a strikingly realistic soundstage with perfect spatiality. The 12-conductor cable, thanks to high-purity copper wires, ensures the transmission of even the smallest musical details. Authentic timbres, a lifelike sense of rhythm, and the natural decay of individual notes define the incomparable character of these beautifully crafted headphones. With the flagship GS3000x, the Brooklyn-based manufacturer offers an emotional experience that is guaranteed to give discerning music lovers goosebumps.
