The isolators are available in four weight capacity classes. 3 to 6 units are used per device to achieve the most balanced weight distribution possible. If a component has a heavy transformer in one spot, for example, two Oreas should be placed underneath it. The different Orea models should not be mixed. Optimal results are achieved when the Oreas are loaded with at least 40% and at most 90% of their permissible weight capacity. Therefore, if you want to perfectly decouple a 14-kilogram amplifier, you should not use four Orea Bronze, but rather three or four Orea Indigo.

When using them under loudspeakers, the IsoAcoustics logo should ideally face forward or backward. The Orea isolators are optimized for lateral vibration damping and work best in this orientation. Anyone dreaming of tilting their speakers should look into the Aperta series. Turntables are even better off on the zaZen or Delos platforms.

Orea Bordeaux – maximum load 14.4 kg per piece
