The V5 Sirius features a greatly improved high-performance shunt filter network, offering mains noise suppression of -23dB at 10 kHz, -40dB at 100 kHz, and -60dB at 1 MHz (Ref. 50 ohm 20dB). A FEP dielectric is then used to protect the conductors, providing a low dielectric constant.
