Dominion-series subwoofers combine a state-of-the-art subwoofer driver and a unique, innovative Class-D amplifier in an extremely compact enclosure.

The drivers of the JL Audio Dominion subwoofers use JL Audio's exclusive DMA (Dynamic Motor Analysis) technology to achieve higher output levels with less distortion, as well as improved dynamics and resolution. As a result, they are capable of linear excursions of up to 63 mm (d108) or 68 mm (d110) without audible distortion.

Dominion amplifiers use an advanced Class-D design with a regulated switching power supply, allowing the amplifier to generate enormous power. This ensures that the Dominion drivers always stay within their comfort zone – which extends far beyond the point where most small subwoofers run out of power or excursion.

With a variety of signal processing features, Dominion subwoofers can be easily integrated into most systems. The low-pass filter of the integrated crossover operates with extreme precision at 24 dB/octave in a Linkwitz-Riley alignment, and the flexible phase and polarity controls allow for an optimal acoustic transition between subwoofer(s) and main speakers. The music signal enters either via line-level preamp outputs or even via speaker-level inputs. With a JLINK™ TRX system (sold separately) connected to the built-in Wireless Link port, you can enjoy the freedom of placing your Dominion subwoofer up to 30 meters away from your source device.

The enclosure has been carefully engineered and manufactured from solid, CNC-cut MDF material with extensive internal bracing and advanced assembly techniques. All Dominion subwoofers are manufactured at JL Audio's U.S. factory to ensure years of listening enjoyment.
