Unique feature of this tonearm: most parts are bonded together for stiffness and damping. Precise stainless steel ball bearings, the same type used in gyroscopes, are used here; they are precision-mounted, play-free, and feature very low start-up and running friction as well as a very low noise floor. Each bearing is vacuum-sealed at the factory with a serial number for quality control. The load rating of each bearing is 20 kg. Two are used for vertical and two for horizontal movement.

It is a very stiff, medium-mass tonearm with precision ball bearings that, while capable of withstanding very high loads, exhibits extremely low start-up and running friction and a very low noise floor. The main frame and all other parts are milled from solid aluminum and brass blocks. Some parts are anodized and others are not, in order to control tonearm resonance. The headshell ensures a stable cartridge mounting, while the internally damped tube connects this to the solid bearing parts, where vibrations or noise are dissipated. Most parts are bonded together for stiffness and damping.

A straight tube is milled from an aluminum rod, which is attached to a brass mount to increase tube damping. Azimuth is adjusted by loosening a set screw and manually rotating the tube on the brass mount. A decoupled brass counterweight controls balance and adjusts tracking force while damping vibrations in the tube. The solid arm base serves to rigidly attach the tonearm to the armboard. All bearings are preloaded and bonded, which not only damps vibrations within them but also ensures long life, freedom from play, low friction, and a low noise floor in the bearings. VTA adjustment is performed by raising or lowering the tonearm within the arm base itself.

Continuous wiring from the cartridge pins to the RCA connectors. High-quality wires are used in the cables. It is also possible to use the tonearm in a balanced (XLR) or 5-pin configuration.
