Although this tonearm resembles the Stogi, it features a tapered tube, and the vertical bearings have a highly damped brass housing. A tapered tube is machined from a solid aluminum rod that features a precise worm drive mechanism for azimuth adjustment. Tonearm geometry, bearings, wires, and other parts are the same as the Stogi tonearm, and the effective mass differs only slightly.

General description:

This is a very rigid, medium-mass tonearm with precision ball bearings that can withstand very high loads and features extremely low starting and running friction as well as a very low noise level. The main frame and all other parts are milled from solid aluminum and brass blocks. Some parts are anodized and others are not, in order to control tonearm resonance. The headshell ensures stable cartridge mounting, while the internally damped tube connects it to the massive bearing parts where vibrations or noise are dissipated. Most parts are glued together for stiffness and damping.

The solid aluminum tapered tube is damped internally and divided into two parts, which further supports damping but also allows for precise azimuth adjustment. A special mechanism (worm drive) with an Allen key allows the tube to be rotated back and forth in minimal increments without any air gap. This mechanism is immersed in silicone grease for further damping. A marking line clearly indicates the azimuth position and facilitates operation, while allowing for repeatable adjustments. A decoupled brass counterweight controls the balance and adjusts tracking force while damping vibrations in the tube. The massive arm base serves to rigidly attach the tonearm to the armboard. All bearings are preloaded and glued, which not only damps vibrations within them but also ensures a long service life, zero play, low friction, and a low noise level in the bearings. VTA adjustment is performed by raising or lowering the tonearm in the arm base itself.

The wiring is continuous from the cartridge pins to the RCA connectors. High-quality wires are used in the cables. It is also possible to use the tonearm in a balanced (XLR) or 5-pin configuration.
