Lyngdorf Audio presents the company's latest amplifier model, the powerful 8-channel power amplifier Lyngdorf MXA-8400. The MXA-8400 is based on the outstanding and benchmark-setting Purifi EIGENTAKT technology, combined with Lyngdorf Audio’s new PowerPerfect power
supply.
With eight amplifier channels, the MXA-8400 complements the powerful multichannel processors Lyngdorf MP-40 2.1 and MP-60 2.1, which decode up to 16 output channels for immersive Dolby Atmos and DTS-X home cinemas. The MP-40 and MP-60 models were recently upgraded with the latest HDMI 2.1 update and Tidal Connect including Dolby Atmos Music.

WITH INNOVATIVE EIGENTAKT ERROR-CORRECTION

Purifi EIGENTAKT with the innovative and patented EIGENTAKT ErrorCorrection (EEC) is the result of intensive research. This amplifier technology results in an extremely low total harmonic distortion (THD) at any frequency and any volume level, as well as unreachably low intermodulation distortion (IMD), leading to an extremely high-resolution and stable sound imaging that is not matched by any other amplifier technology or amplifier class.
The result is an incredibly neutral music reproduction with almost non-existent noise or interference in the signal, without any sonic fingerprint.

Eight amplifier channels with a total of 3.2 kilowatts of output power and even higher peak power place extremely high demands on the power supply, which is often a limiting factor in conventional multichannel amplifiers. Thanks to Purifi EIGENTAKT in combination with PowerPerfect, the output power of the MXA-8400 is maintained across all volume levels and the entire audio frequency range. On the input side, it is immune to noise components outside the music signal and insensitive to various speaker impedances. The eight output channels can be bridged in pairs and deliver up to 4 x 800 watts to easily drive even the most demanding speakers.
