Fanless design

In terms of design and device format, the new model is based on the D100 and E100. As with all Melco servers, the sophisticated manufacturing process naturally takes place in Japan.

The device with its beautiful form factor requires little space on a sideboard or hi-fi rack. When this component with its "half" size is combined with the matching D100 CD drive or the E100 expansion drive, the "classic" hi-fi width of 43 cm is achieved. The units can also be stacked.
A USB input on the front can be used for either music import or for connecting a D/A converter. Two multifunctional additional USB ports (backup, import, D/A converter, updates) are available on the back.

TWO TERABYTE CAPACITY

The N100 is equipped with a selected 2 TB hard drive. The proven Melco platform has been specifically minimized for the housing size. Power is supplied via an external switching power supply.
The Melco N100 guarantees the same extremely low-noise, high-precision digital music data stream as the music servers and streamers of the existing Melco series.
Via a USB DAC, the N100 can be operated as a standalone hi-res digital music player.
