Meze Audio 105 SILVA

The Meze Audio 105 SILVA is Meze Audio's latest open-back, dynamic headphone. It was developed with the goal of balancing vibrant musicality and fine detail resolution to make the emotional depth of music authentically tangible. Its sound signature combines warmth, clarity, and liveliness into a harmonious, captivating overall presentation—full of expression, without compromising on subtle nuances.

Captivating, natural and detailed sound

Whether for relaxed music listening or analytical sessions, the tuning of the Meze SILVA invites you to rediscover the entire spectrum of your own music collection with ease, enjoyment, and rich, fine detail.

Mid-century modern-inspired aesthetics

Visually, the 105 SILVA is a homage to the timeless elegance of the mid-century modern design movement. The walnut wood ear cups and radial PC-ABS grilles combine a vintage look with modern simplicity. The result is a design that feels both familiar and sophisticated—one that transcends trends and ages gracefully.

Rooted in nature and cultural heritage

Named after the Latin and Romanian word for "forest," the Silva is a tribute to the ancient forests of Maramureș in northern Romania—the home of Meze Audio. This natural inspiration is reflected in the organic tonality and tactile materials of the 105 Silva, underscoring Meze's commitment to authenticity in sound and form.

A very special sound signature

Although the Meze 105 SILVA incorporates sonic influences from the acclaimed 109 PRO and the 105 AER, it charts its own path. It offers the richness and genre versatility of the 109 PRO, paired with the clarity and articulation of the 105 AER. Furthermore, it features a more expressive midrange that highlights the intimacy of vocals and the natural resonance of acoustic string instruments, thus creating a personal and immersive sound profile.
