Our flagship Titan power amplifier set new performance standards for power amplifiers, but we recognize that its immense power and size – as well as its distinctive appearance and high price – make it a rather exclusive option. That is why we set out to condense Titan's cutting-edge technology into a more accessible size and price range.
The result of our successful efforts is the 700-watt monoblock M8s700m. It impresses with its combination of fully balanced circuitry, high technical performance, exquisite sound, top-class workmanship, and a very good price-performance ratio. The M8s700m creates a gigantic soundstage that appears almost holographic in its width and depth. From the most intimate acoustic recording to a fully instrumented orchestral work, your playback feels perfectly three-dimensional and never limited.
Connect the M8s700m to our perfectly matched M8sPRE preamplifier and you have sensational amplification suitable for any HiFi system.

The M8s700m is a fully balanced monoblock power amplifier that, as the model name suggests, conjures up an impressive 700 watts of power from its elegant chassis. Specifically, 700 watts (RMS) into 8 ohms and about 1300 watts into 4 ohms. Thus, its amplifier performance comes very close to that of the 1kW Titan.
With the revision of the M8 700M to the M8s700m, MUSICAL FIDELITY has utilized years of experience in circuit design (both discrete and SMD) to push the sonic result to the limit.

And like its ancestor, the M8s700m was bred for the lowest possible distortion – typically 0.001% at 1 kHz; below 0.005% at 20 kHz. At 50 kHz, the distortion is a mere 0.02%, climbing to around 0.06% at 100 kHz.
These may be absurd values, but the measurements provide the proof: the M8s700m produces significantly less distortion than its competitors. The signal-to-noise ratio is also an outstanding 120 dB (A).

The combination of large power reserves, low distortion, and low noise contributes to the exceptionally effortless performance of the M8s700m. Sonically, it proves to be exactly what it was designed and built for: delivering everything from massive dynamics to the finest detail with incredible speed and precision.
Thanks to its flexible connection options, the M8s700m can drive virtually any speaker of your choice with its power and balance. The speaker terminals, arranged in twin sets, also make bi-wiring easy. It is, of course, perfectly suited – acoustically and visually – as a partner for our M8sPRE preamplifier.
Whatever type of music you want to listen to: The M8s700m enchants with a clear and spacious soundstage that is unbeatable – except perhaps by a live concert. Like all MUSICAL FIDELITY devices, the M8s700m captivates with the combination of high transparency and effortless power delivery. The sound image sparkles with musicality and allows you to hear the recording exactly as the artist intended.
