The C 700 is the ideal all-in-one solution for the streaming age. Simply connect two speakers, select your music via the BluOS™ app on your smartphone, tablet, PC, or Mac, and start playback. NAD's proven HybridDigital™ UcD amplifier technology provides a continuous power output of 2 x 80 watts and an instantaneous power of 120 watts, offering enough reserves to drive even power-hungry speakers. The highly efficient UcD amplifier design is characterized by extremely low noise and minimal distortion across the entire frequency range, regardless of speaker load.

Thanks to its elegant, minimalist design and high-quality housing materials, the C 700 appeals to all senses – not just hearing, but also sight and touch. The amplifier features a solid aluminum case with a high-resolution 12.7 cm color display integrated into its glass front. All amplifier settings can be comfortably adjusted via the on-screen menus using the control knob and navigation buttons.

Convenient operation from your seat is also ensured: in addition to controlling all streaming functions via the intuitive BluOS™ app, the C 700 can also learn commands from any infrared remote control.

State-of-the-art technologies for comfortable music enjoyment

With its Ethernet LAN port, integration into your home Wi-Fi network, and the award-winning BluOS™ platform highly praised by the trade press, the NAD C 700 is an extremely powerful and versatile network streamer. Using the free BluOS™ app available for Android, Apple iOS, Kindle Fire, Windows, and macOS, you can select from numerous internet radio stations and dozens of streaming services, or play music stored on an external drive connected to the C 700's USB port. Furthermore, the NAD amplifier supports Spotify Connect and TIDAL Connect, enabling direct playback via these services' own apps. AirPlay 2 creates a connection to Apple devices and iTunes libraries, even allowing music selection via Apple Siri voice control.

The high-resolution D/A converter of the C 700 processes streams up to a 24-bit/192 kHz data format. This makes it possible to play lossless and high-resolution audio files from the Hi-Res offerings of Amazon Music HD, Deezer, Qobuz, and TIDAL. Like all BluOS™-enabled components, the amplifier also supports the decoding and playback of MQA files.

Owners of smart home systems from manufacturers such as Control4, Crestron, Elan, RTI, and others can integrate the NAD C 700 directly into these control systems. This allows for centralized control of music playback alongside other smart functions like lighting, blinds, heating, and alarm systems.

Extensive connectivity options

In addition to its network functionality, the C 700 is equipped to connect numerous other audio sources. It features two analog RCA line-level inputs as well as coaxial and optical digital inputs for connecting CD players, game consoles, and other components. There is also an HDMI eARC connection for a suitably equipped TV. In this case, the NAD's volume can be conveniently controlled via the television's remote.

Music data stored on a smartphone, tablet, or notebook can also be played wirelessly via Bluetooth® aptX™ HD. The integrated Bluetooth® module in the C 700 is not only capable of receiving data but can also transmit it directly to paired Bluetooth® headphones if desired.

In addition to the speaker outputs, the C 700 is equipped with a subwoofer output that can be configured via the BluOS™ app. The low-pass and high-pass settings allow for a seamless transition between the subwoofer and the main speakers.

The NAD C 700 BluOS™ streaming amplifier is a compact, elegant all-in-one solution whose integrated network features make it perfectly equipped for the new digital music world. Despite its compact dimensions, the C 700 impresses with powerful, playfully dynamic music reproduction. And thanks to its numerous digital and analog inputs, the amplifier can also be easily combined with traditional wired components.

The C 700 can be used as a standalone Hi-Fi system or as part of a multi-room setup. BluOS™ network technology allows for the management and control of up to 64 listening zones via LAN and Wi-Fi networks with full support for high-resolution audio data. Apple users also have AirPlay 2 at their disposal for integration into their local network.
