The NPX 300 disables the internal power supply, immediately reducing noise and providing a superior, cleaner power supply. You can connect multiple NPX 300 units within the same system for an exceptional musical experience.

The NPX 300 supplies your system with power smoothly and silently, allowing the preamplifier to focus on its primary task: signal processing. The NPX 300 not only improves the performance of the NSC 222 preamplifier and streamer, ensuring audiophile operation of your system, but it can also be used to upgrade several Naim products, making it highly flexible. Furthermore, it is scalable, as two NPX 300 units can be connected to a single preamplifier or audio source. The first NPX 300 can be used to power the digital sections, and the second to power the analog sections.

Controlled power

The NPX 300 is equipped with a new transformer that works with six exclusive Naim power regulators (DR technology – Discrete Regulator), ensuring cleaner power for your system. Less "noise" means better sound!
It works brilliantly with 200 Series products, but is also compatible with the NDX 2 or the NAC-N 272 – you just need the appropriate cables.

The NPX 300 includes a range of innovations also found in the Naim 555 PS DR power supply, such as the separation of digital and analog power supplies via dedicated Burndy cables.

Aluminum and Naim

Aluminum as a material for housing Naim's electronic components. He knew that sensitive audio components are highly susceptible to the effects of magnetic fields, thermal instability, and unwanted vibrations... Where other manufacturers bent thin sheets of steel, Naim used thick plates of aluminum.
