The Cyber 800 mk2 tube monoblocks from Opera Consonance represent a remarkable advancement in the world of amplifiers. These Class-AB amplifiers are now officially available in Germany and feature a modified design as well as a further developed circuit design. These innovations allow for manual bias configuration, which ensures better control over the loudspeakers and preserves the natural, balanced sound signature for which Opera Consonance is known.

A notable new feature is the choice of different power tubes. From the factory, you have the option to make the appropriate power selection and implement corresponding hardware modifications. Particularly noteworthy is the configuration with KT120 tubes, which offer a perfect balance between power and delicate sound reproduction. For tube enthusiasts, the KT150 tubes are recommended, as they are not only visually appealing but also convincing in terms of sound quality.

The Cyber 800 mk2 utilize classic circuit concepts from US tube amplifiers of the 60s and 70s, with the parallel-connected power tubes ensuring a powerful sound. The chassis design was conceived to cleverly house the large transformers and output transformers, resulting in a functional yet elegantly avant-garde appearance.
