The Turandot is the new pinnacle that Opera Audio has reached in a 24-bit oversampling CD player. Advanced digital and analog design, carefully selected construction techniques, and components have been combined to offer the highest performance. The Turandot is built with two separate power supplies; the CD loader support remains the same as that developed for the Droplet CDP5.0, which is also a sandwich graphite floater for exceptional stability to control drive vibrations. In addition to a significant technological super-clock improvement over the previous design, the Turandot has succeeded in reducing digital distortion to nearly the theoretical minimum for a 16-bit jitter test.
