Pro-Ject Amp Box RS2

The Pro-Ject Amp Box RS2 is a high-quality high-end stereo power amplifier featuring a fully discrete Class AB amplifier design. It combines high power reserves with precise, dynamic, and spatial reproduction. The integrated reference-grade tube buffer stage lends the amplifier a particularly high-quality sonic character.

The Amp Box RS2 can be used as either a stereo power amplifier or in mono bridged mode. In stereo operation, it delivers 2 × 130 watts into 4 ohms or 2 × 80 watts into 8 ohms. In bridged mode, up to 280 watts into 8 ohms are available. Balanced XLR and unbalanced RCA inputs allow for flexible integration into high-end HiFi systems.

The solid metal housing protects the sensitive electronics from vibrations and electromagnetic interference while simultaneously supporting effective heat dissipation. For a further performance increase, the separately available Power Box RS2 Amp is provided, which, according to Pro-Ject, enables up to 25% more power.
