True Balanced Technology

Phono signals have a voltage 1000 times lower than normal CD, streaming, or line-level signals. For this reason, you need a phono preamplifier to amplify the signal and make it usable for your "normal" amplifier. Nowadays, electromagnetic fields interfere with turntables. The causes are wireless networks and numerous electronic devices in the home.

The RCA cable between your turntable and your amplifier is prone to picking up noise along the way. This so-called "electrosmog" can interfere with the tiny phono signal and add noise to your music. Balanced audio connections are standard for professional musicians, recording studios, and live concerts. A stable and interference-free connection is essential, as these signals, especially microphone signals, are highly amplified.
