Head Box RS is a reference-class headphone amplifier with a fully balanced tube input stage (double triode 6922) and an unbalanced Class A "FET (Field Effect Transistor)" output stage. It features one balanced and one unbalanced input with loop-through outputs for use with other components.

The volume control consists of a high-precision potentiometer for maximum channel balance between the left and right channels.

A special impedance selector switch allows for setting the output impedance in 3 stages (5, 20, and 50 ohms) to ensure the best possible match between the amplifier and the headphones. We recommend conducting listening tests with different switch settings to determine the best sound result for your headphones.

An elaborate multi-stage power supply with four different output voltages guarantees the best possible signal-to-noise ratios and the most accurate reproduction of details, dynamics, and soundstage with any dynamic headphones!
