The sophisticated design of our Fraim rack creates the best conditions for your Naim components to deliver stellar performance. The levels of the Fraim are isolated from each other by spikes and cups. In addition, the base level isolates the entire rack from the floor using two frames. Furthermore, each level features a glass shelf that rests on three decoupling balls to dissipate mechanical energy.

From the stainless steel spikes to the galvanized steel nuts and threaded rods that hold everything together – all components of the Fraim were selected based on sonic criteria. We wouldn't settle for anything less.

Technology
During the development of the Fraim, the entire expertise of a high-end audio manufacturer was applied to the construction of an equipment rack for the first time. The Fraim makes your system sound more detailed and precise because it follows the Naim principle, according to which the fundamental parameters of music enjoy the highest priority: pitch accuracy, timing, and dynamics.

By minimizing the contact surfaces of all connection points, the Fraim prevents the transmission of mechanical energy. This also applies to the smallest vibrations generated in the devices by airborne sound or power supplies. At the same time, the stability of the construction ensures that the decoupling devices within the units themselves function optimally. The spacing between the levels also minimizes the mutual interference of components caused by magnetic fields.

The choice of materials is just as important to the Fraim as the construction itself. Hardened stainless steel, safety glass selected based on sonic criteria, extruded aluminum side supports, and veneered composite material – they all contribute to a rack that offers both outstanding sound performance and the typical Naim design.
