The RCD-1572MKII continues Rotel’s proud tradition of engineering and manufacturing award-winning CD players that have been reproducing the 200 billion CDs sold since 1989 with authentic sound, precise detail, and exceptional spatial depth.

The RCD-1572MKII’s own ultra-low-noise toroidal transformer supplies the analog and digital circuits, the controller, and the CD mechanism motor via separate secondary windings with dedicated voltage and current regulators to minimize mutual interference. This isolation is further optimized by sophisticated circuit board layouts. All this ensures electrical
and physical separation of the circuits, resulting in a clean audio signal free from unwanted distortion.

The 32-bit premium Texas Instruments DAC utilizes Rotel’s Balanced Design Concept, featuring custom-tuned external analog output filters for an extremely linear frequency response.

A fully balanced differential XLR output, an RCA output, and a coaxial digital output offer maximum flexibility when connecting to your audio system.

The ultra-smooth CD mechanism and the front-panel display
allow for effortless playback of your favorite CDs via the intuitive IR remote or front-panel buttons – all for ultimate convenience in a 2U chassis. RS232, 12V trigger, and IR remote input allow for easy integration with popular control systems. Rack-mount adapters are available as accessories.
