The Shelter Harmony MC is the flagship model from Japanese manufacturer Shelter and belongs to the absolute reference class of MC cartridges. It was developed to achieve maximum serenity, detail resolution, and musical naturalness.

What makes it special is the complete carbon fiber (CFRP) housing. This material provides extremely high rigidity while simultaneously offering excellent damping, which effectively suppresses resonance. The result is an exceptionally quiet background and very high micro-dynamics.

In terms of sound, the Harmony MC combines extreme attention to detail with musical flow. It plays with great precision and transparency without sounding analytical or harsh—typical for Shelter. Particularly striking is its ability to make even the smallest information in the groove audible, while the playback remains relaxed and natural at the same time.
