The Phonitor 3 DAC is not just the ultimate headphone amplifier and monitor controller with 120V technology – the integrated DAC makes it the perfect monitoring hub for demanding producers as well as recording and mastering engineers working with digital sources or directly in the DAW.

Whether USB, AES/EBU, or S/PDIF – the integrated DAC with analog SLP120 converts digital PCM audio signals with a resolution of 32 bits and a sampling rate of up to 768 kHz. It converts DSD signals with a resolution of up to DSD256.

On the analog side, the Phonitor 3 DAC, based on SPL 120V technology, offers the same monitoring quality via speakers and headphones as the large SPL mastering consoles. The analog Phonitor Matrix makes it possible to mix and master on headphones at the highest quality – with the same spatial perception of the stereo stage as over speakers.

The Phonitor 3 DAC features a connector for standard headphones with a jack plug on the front. Thanks to its high output power, it drives all headphones effortlessly and without strain. This allows it to leverage the advantages of SPL 120V technology and reward the listener with an honest, detailed, and at the same time vivid listening experience.

Great sound – for speakers too

On the rear, the Phonitor 3 DAC features a stereo output pair consisting of two XLR line outputs, making it a high-quality monitor controller for any monitoring situation.
Active speakers with integrated power amplifiers or passive speakers combined with a power amplifier can be connected to these.
