The Takumi Myo MC is the flagship model of the Takumi moving-coil series and is clearly aimed at high-end audiophiles. It is based on a particularly precise generator and material construction, in which every detail is tuned for maximum silence, balance, and detail resolution.

A central element is a sapphire cantilever, which combines high rigidity with controlled damping. As a result, the cartridge achieves extremely precise tracking of even the finest groove information. In combination with a nude fine-line elliptical diamond, even complex musical passages are reproduced cleanly and with low distortion.

Sonically, the Myo MC impresses with:

• very high micro-resolution and detail accuracy
• neutral, slightly luminous tonality
• deep, controlled bass
• very natural and vivid mids
• fine, widely extended highs without harshness

The spatial imaging is exceptionally stable and deep, with a "calm authority" and clear structure—typical of top-tier MC systems.
