The Takumi Shiro MC is a high-quality moving-coil cartridge from the Takumi series by Takumi High End – developed for precise, natural, and detailed vinyl reproduction. It is built on a rigid boron cantilever and a finely elliptical diamond, and uses a high-quality 6N OCC coil winding, resulting in higher resolution and tonally clear reproduction.

Its reproduction is characterized by good spatial depth, distinct details, and openness in the frequency range, without appearing analytical or harsh. Voices and instruments appear natural and well-structured, with fine detail even in complex passages.
