The THIXAR Eliminator II S was specifically developed to effectively reduce sound-degrading chassis vibrations in lightweight and compact hi-fi components. While equipment bases and hi-fi racks keep vibrations from the surface away, the Eliminator acts directly on the device: it extracts disruptive vibrational energy from the chassis cover, thereby improving the working conditions for sensitive electronic components.

The result is an audibly more precise, calmer, and more natural music reproduction with greater detail, dynamics, and spatial imaging.

Vibration control directly on the chassis

Inside every hi-fi component, mechanical vibrations are continuously generated by transformers, motors, coils, and other components. These are transmitted to the chassis and from there back to the sensitive circuits. Even the smallest resonances can impair reproduction quality.

The THIXAR Eliminator II S reduces these chassis vibrations through a sophisticated multi-component damping system. All elements are precisely coordinated and absorb vibrations across a wide frequency range—rather than merely influencing individual resonances.

The solid, hand-polished stainless steel housing is a central component of the damping concept. Equally crucial is the precisely defined contact surface between the Eliminator and the device chassis, through which disruptive vibrations are efficiently absorbed and dissipated.
