Flexible reference turntable with expandable design

The VPI Avenger is a high-end turntable based on a modular design that offers exceptional flexibility. The chassis consists of three layers (acrylic/aluminum/acrylic) with dampening material in between and is stabilized by three massive stainless steel corner posts. This construction ensures optimal resonance control and allows for the mounting of up to three tonearms of any manufacturer and length.

The Avenger comes standard with a 12-inch JMW-3D tonearm featuring VPI's proprietary copper wiring. The 12-inch aluminum platter weighs 25 pounds and is driven by a 300 RPM, 24-pole AC synchronous motor housed in a separate enclosure to minimize vibrations.

With its modular structure and the possibility for expansion through various upgrades such as the Periphery Ring Clamp, Analog Drive System (ADS), and different tonearms, the Avenger is an excellent choice for demanding audiophiles looking for a highly customizable turntable.
