The final and refined version of the VPI Avenger Reference. This model was further developed using the design of our flagship Titan. The turntable uses the same magnetic platter concept with the rim-drive motor. The magnets are integrated into the center of the platter and do not interfere with the cartridge. Our method provides the ultimate vibration filter for a high-end system.

The chassis of the VPI Avenger consists of three layers of acrylic/aluminum/acrylic with damping material between the layers. It is secured by three isolating steel corner posts, three bolts, and the massive bearing assembly. The corner posts, which hold the tonearms (up to three fit), feature adjustable knobs that make leveling the table easy. The corner posts are connected to the cone stabilizers, which sit in a Delrin/ball-bearing isolation base reminiscent of that of the Prime turntable. The fully adjustable armrests are made of 1-inch thick 6061 aluminum for stability and secure support. Up to three arms of any manufacturer and length can be mounted on the table!
