The Prime turntable marked the first step in a new direction for VPI. Thanks to proven methods in terms of efficiency and lean manufacturing, the Prime was created as a high-performance product that far exceeded its price point. The Prime was the first VPI turntable to feature a 3D Unipivot JMW tonearm as the standard model.

The Prime Extended takes these original concepts and adds improved HW-40 isolation feet and the 3D-12 JMW as the standard tonearm.

The Prime Extended includes the following:

JMW-12 3D tonearm

VTA Tower for on-the-fly VTA/SRA adjustment

12" aluminum, 20lbs
