So simple, so beautiful

If you want to control music throughout your home and play it back in high quality, you need a powerful solution integrated into your home network. A streaming server and a streaming client (streaming player or bridge) are the basic requirements for this.

How does it work? With a streaming client, you can control and play the music stored on your streaming server—such as a computer, a Synology DiskStation, or the Waversa WminiNAS MK2—anywhere in the house. The Waversa WminiNAS MK2 is not just any NAS you can pick up at a random electronics store, but an audio server developed for audio applications and optimized for music playback, equipped with a high-precision MEMS clock for absolute timing accuracy. If you've ever heard of jitter, you certainly won't find it here. That is why the Waversa WminiNAS MK2 acts as a data provider that is extremely precise and stable at all times, providing the best foundation for excellent sound quality. In addition, the Waversa WminiNAS MK2 has extremely low power consumption and generates very little waste heat. It operates silently and minimizes the effects of resonance on the rest of your audio system.

Pretty practical

You can conveniently manage song files from multiple devices (smartphones, PCs, tablets) connected to your network. The Waversa WminiNAS MK2 also offers a feature for converting files into a specific format. For example, WAV files are automatically converted to FLAC files to save storage space.

On the back, you will find the same USB-A port as on any PC. You can easily increase the NAS capacity by connecting an external hard drive or USB storage device. It's so incredibly easy to expand—you can't even do that with your iTunes library!
